Indigo Creek has always made the customer experience a priority, as anyone who has played in the course’s regular Saturday tournament that includes breakfast, lunch and drinks can attest.
The layout has a much-deserved reputation for providing value, but there is much more to Indigo Creek than a great price. A $500,000 improvement project that allowed for the renovation of every bunker on the course, newly repaved cart paths, and improved drainage has the layout in outstanding condition.
The 11th hole, a par 3 that requires a carry across water, is Indigo’s most photographed hole. It plays 152 yards with a pond running nearly all the way to the front of the green, so there is no victory in missing short.
The 12th hole, a 395-yard par 4, follows and it’s no less enjoyable, requiring golfers to cross the creek twice to get home.
Indigo has added a new set of green tees, which check in at 5,300 yards, providing seniors another option. The Glen Davis Golf Academy recently relocated to the course as well, enhancing the facility’s offerings.
