About the Course
Carolina National was designed in 1998 as an Audubon International Certified Sanctuary Golf Course for the environmental stewardship exhibited in its building and maintenance. Set along the Lockwood Folly River with its golden marshlands, Fred Couples designed this challenging golf course for players of all levels. Three distinctive nines, the Egret, Heron and Ibis, play in a trio of 18-hole combinations. Five tee boxes and large greens afford multiple pin placements for a seemingly endless variety of scenic views.
